On A Streak has continued to deliver as a sire, with his debut winner Bumper Crop delivering again in Australia on Tuesday night.

The two-year-old filly gave On A Streak his first win when successful against older more seasoned opposition at Terang last week and this week was competing in a two-year-old fillies heat of the Nutrien Classic Series.
After leaving the gate driver Glen Craven allowed Bumper Crop to find her stride and settled three back in the running line, but with a lap to go was asked to sit park to ensure she wasn’t left hemmed up on the fence as runners made their move.
Bumper Crop made light work of it, cruising to the front around the home turn and was never put under any urgency by Craven. Winning easily by two lengths and remaining unbeaten in her two starts to date.
Bumper Crop is trained by Antti Ruokonen.
It looks set to potentially be a big week for On A Streak in New Zealand as well, with two-year-old filly La Venture representing him in the Group Three NZ 2YO Trotting Stakes at Addington on Friday night.
La Venture is trained by Michael Purdon and caught the eye in her race day debut last week at Addington when finishing a strong second. She encountered heavy traffic in the final stages and was forced to run home widest, making ground impressively.
