Lot 18 Colt - On A Streak – Unyielding Spirit – Love You

This colt is offered by Shard Farm and is the only lot in the auction by On A Streak.
Out of a Love You mare in Unyielding Spirit, this colt comes from an outstanding family of trotters.
Unyielding Spirit herself won three races and has to date produced two winners to date, Tedesco (9 wins) and Latrell (6 wins).
This colt’s third dam is the fabulous producer Enthuse, herself a half-sister to Sundowner Bay, she left Rowe Cup winner Inspire and Enthusiast, Two-Year-Old and Three-Year-Old Trotter of the Year.
This is also the family of Insist and Waterloo Sunset.
Debbie and Mark Smith of Shard Farm have noted his wonderful nature, willingness during weaning and stand out attitude.
“What a lovely fellow this colt is. He is always friendly. He’s always keen to see what’s going on, and is never spooky. He’d make a great purchase for someone looking for a lovely trotter.”
On A Streak has hit big milestones over the past week, siring his first winner in Australia and his first New Zealand qualifier.
His oldest foals are now two-years-old and have been getting great reviews from trainers for the clean gait, early development and wonderful temperaments.
They appear to share their sires’ early speed and ability, as On A Streak was a Breeders Crown Champion and O’Brien Two-Year-Old of the Year in North America.

Sold by Breckon Farms, Lot 20 offers a stellar pedigree for future broodmare potential after racing, with her second dam being the great One Dream.
Needing no introduction, One Dream captured the imagination of the harness racing industry.
A seven-time Group One winner, One Dream was crowned Two and Three-Year-Old Filly of her year.
She tasted success in the New Zealand Oaks, Nevele R Fillies Final, Caduceus Club Fillies Classic and also was victorious in Australia, adding the Breeders Crown and Australian Oaks to her haul.
In 23 career starts One Dream never finished out of the top three, winning 18, with four seconds and one third for $899,487 in stakes.
This Lazarus filly has made a great impression for Farm Manager, Nigel Fahy.
“This filly has been a standout on the farm for months now with an intelligent brain & willing attitude.”
“She has a nice head & is a well grown mature filly.”
This is a cross that has already been proven, with juvenile success and a pedigree that jumps off the screen.
